My specialty areas are depression and anxiety with kids (10+), adolescents, and young adults. I provide supportive therapy that is strengths-based, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral. My clinical style is curious and engaged and I elicit positivity and hopefulness in my clients and their families. My practice is warm and friendly, cozy and safe, flexible and accommodating, prompt, efficient and professional.
I have 20+ years of experience in a variety of settings including group and private practice, counseling centers and schools. Local and respected pediatricians and mental health colleagues refer their patients to me for their mental health treatment.
My true passion is in helping my clients increase their self-awareness, improve their self-worth, and find their voices to speak up for themselves. It is a privilege to see my clients grow and develop into the people they are meant to be, and develop increased love and appreciation for themselves.
