In counseling, we will work together to identify the root causes of those fears, process the overwhelm, and facilitate self-discovery to promote healing and growth that is in alignment with your goals and values. I strive to create a safe space for you to explore your emotions and life experiences so that people of all ages and diverse backgrounds are supported with empathy and respect in an affirming environment.
I believe your voice and direction in therapy is vital. Developing a deep understanding of your goals and values will create the foundation of our work together. From that, we will use person-centered and CBT influenced therapeutic strategies to help facilitate the healing needed to achieve those goals. I will be supporting you as you navigate.
