Welcome! I am an experienced, down-to-earth social worker and therapist. I believe that all thoughts, emotions, and behaviors deserve curiosity and compassion - even the ones that may be causing us to struggle or are holding us back. I provide trauma informed care and work with adults across the age span, including older adults and caregivers. I have worked with LGBTQIA+ communities for over a decade, and I value providing gender affirming care. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals diagnosed with Bipolar Disorders I/II and Schizophrenia, as well as their families.
I am not currently accepting new clients.
