Are you seeking support in your journey towards a more empowered and fulfilling life? Change is scary. So is talking about our "stuff." If you are seeking out something different to address struggles, you deserve recognition for being strong enough to reach out. I work with clients who are addressing perfectionism, anxiety, depression, negative thinking patterns, ADHD and relationship issues. I use a variety of treatment models with emphasis on building tailored services and not try to put a person "in a box" of scripted therapy. I provide active listening, compassionate support, enthusiasm and humor. I believe humor is healing!
I specialize in trauma informed, attachment focused therapy that includes EMDR, ACT, self-compassion focus, mindfulness based, person-centered, humanistic psychotherapy. I offer LGBTQIA2S+ affirming therapy. Trained in work with ethical non monogamy/open relationships. Sex positive, anti-shame approach
