Similar to a lighthouse that shines on the rocks to help guide ships navigating the rocky shore, I aim to help shed light by listening and reflecting in dark and difficult areas. I do come from a Christian worldview while honoring and respecting your beliefs and faith.
With over 15 years of counseling experience, I enjoy working with older children, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients of any age process trauma and move forward successfully.
