I’m deeply passionate about queer liberation and disability justice and I strive to create an affirming environment for people of all identities. Additionally, I am committed to supporting those in the COVID-conscious community. My goal is to walk alongside you on your healing journey with empathy, advocacy, and care.
My therapeutic approach is influenced by humanistic and client-centered practices. I understand that each client brings a unique experience, and I draw from various methods such as attachment theory, HAES, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and creative exploration.
I create an empowering space where clients feel safe and valued. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I take a collaborative, non-pathologizing approach to counseling.
