Simply looking for a therapist is a brave, meaningful first move. With more than 20 years of experience, I offer an integrated, holistic, and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that humans need and truly thrive on connection and through that sense of safety and collaboration that healing begins. I specialize in helping people across the developmental lifespan though am particularly drawn to working with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression and life stress. I also have a deep passion and extensive experience for supporting parents through any parenting challenge.
My approach is rooted in empathy, connection, collaboration and evidence-based strategies aimed at fostering resilience and personal growth. I draw on neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in my work.
