Repeated exposure to stress, trauma, and life's unexpected challenges can affect every area of life—from emotional well-being and relationships to a person's sense of purpose and connection. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and significant life stressors, helping them move toward healing, growth, and resilience through compassionate, clinically grounded counseling. I have a particular focus on serving first responders and their spouses as they navigate the unique demands and emotional challenges associated with public safety professions.
I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach shown to be highly effective in treating both acute and complex trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. For individuals who desire it, I can also integrate a Christian faith-based perspective into the counseling process.
Asking for help isn't always easy, especially for those accustomed to being the one others rely on. Whether you're facing the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, or the demands of a high-stress profession, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward meaningful and lasting change.
