In your therapeutic journey we will aim to reduce your anxious and depressive symptoms, as well as addressing traumas, unwanted behaviors, and any other struggles at your own pace. I am committed to creating a space where you can express yourself openly and without judgment.
Together we will journey through your story at a pace you set. I use a person-centered approach while also including components from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Reality therapy. I offer Acudetox and EMDR. The populations of clients I have served are individuals with co occurring conditions.
As we embark on this journey together, remember that the goal is not just to alleviate distress but to equip you with the tools and insights needed for lasting positive change.
