About
Are you feeling stuck? Exhausted? Overwhelmed? If your life seems chaotic and nothing you've tried seems to be working, it may be time to seek counseling. Most of my clients have a trauma history that is impacting their ability to live life to the fullest. They want to be present and feel better but often don't know how.
My style is collaborative and nonjudgemental. I work with individuals of all ages, including families, to clarify your goals and help you build a life you love. My passion is helping survivors of trauma overcome the past. I am certified in EMDR and trained in DBT. I also see individuals with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, or high conflict relationships.
Asking for help or acknowledging an ongoing problem can be intimidating. Many people are reluctant to reach out due to the stigma of mental illness. However, you don't have to go through it alone. Give yourself permission to get help. My practice, Selah Counseling Center, is located inside Pearland Counseling Center. Please call their main office to talk.
