About
Are you currently experiencing anxious thoughts and behaviors due to relationships, work, school, or just life in general? Is depression making it difficult for you to move through your day or even just to get out of bed in the morning? Have you recently experienced the death of a loved one and are struggling to cope with the significant loss?
Working primarily with adults and adolescents, my approach to counseling is to provide a safe and comforting environment during challenging times in one’s life. I believe counseling should be a collaborative effort to best suit the individual needs of each client.
I understand that the first step to recovery can also be the most difficult - reaching out. I am here to help support you through your mental health journey. Together, we can create goals to help you on your path to a happier and healthier life.
