Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but not one you need to take on alone. Together, we will build a safe, caring environment through trust, honesty, authenticity, and humor, for you to explore your story. I work with adults moving through experiences of trauma, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, neurodivergence, and times of transition. In our sessions, I draw from strengths-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and Internal Family Systems approaches. This means that we explore areas of growth and recognize the strengths you already carry, which are powerful building blocks for growth and healing.

Our past experiences shape much of how we move in the world. Previously, I worked with people who were incarcerated. That experience—both meaningful and difficult—was a concentrated show of the systemic barriers that many people face. I’m dedicated to seeing each person as more than their circumstances, and to working collaboratively and holistically.

I also hold a deep commitment to anti-racism, advocacy, and amplifying voices that too often go unheard. I believe that healing as an individual is another step towards healing as a collective.
