Hi! I'm Leah and I am glad you're here. I am a licensed professional counselor and registered Play therapist that specializes in mood and anxiety, Sport Performance Counseling, and Eating Disorder Counseling. It is my goal to provide a safe, judgment-free space for children, adolescents, and adults working through anxiety, depression, and the everyday stresses that build up over time.
I meet my clients where they are, building on strengths and skills that they already have in order to create real and lasting growth towards their life worth living. I use an Adlerian approach to explore unmet needs, unhelpful behaviors, and core beliefs to help clients take control of their care and progress towards goals across the lifespan.
