I specialize in helping intellectually aware women bridge the gap between knowing what's wrong and actually feeling safe in their bodies. My approach combines clinical somatic therapy with nervous system-informed movement to help you develop the embodied tools traditional talk therapy couldn't provide. Unlike traditional talk therapy, my sessions focus primarily on movement and somatic experiencing. As both a licensed clinical social worker and certified personal trainer with specialized trauma training, I offer a unique interdisciplinary approach that addresses both psychological and physical aspects of healing.
