My approach to OCD therapy is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We will go at your pace, and I will be there to guide you and make sure you feel seen and heard. I love being part of the incredible process of helping people move from feeling stuck and hopeless to empowered and confident. At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized and effective specialized treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). Our understanding of the nuances of these conditions enables us to diagnose and treat them properly.
We have training in evidence-based treatments, including Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you'll work with me or be paired with a therapist in our network, based on your preferences. At NOCD, we’ll work to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
