Are you the "golden child" who is great at taking care of and attuning to everyone but yourself? Maybe you learned to be good, capable, easy, or needed—and somewhere along the way lost touch with what you want and need. I work with adults navigating self-abandonment, anxiety, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, difficult family or relationship dynamics, and struggles with food and body image. Together, we'll explore what it means to stay connected to yourself while being connected to others, listen to the lived experience of your body, and rebuild trust in your own wants, needs, and knowing.

Perhaps you experience life from the head up—thinking and logic-ing your way through challenges with "shoulds." Through embodiment, parts work, and a trauma-informed lens, I help you slow down and listen inward. Together, we'll get curious about the parts of you that learned to self-abandon and practice staying connected to yourself instead.

You may have spent a long time learning how to stay connected to everyone else. Therapy can be a place to practice staying connected to you. Together, we'll listen to the wisdom of your body, make space for your wants and needs, and build relationships where you don't have to abandon yourself to belong. I'd be honored to meet you there.
