Therapy begins with an intake to review an individual’s current health status (e.g., How’s sleep? Any pressing medical issues?) and discuss why they're seeking counseling now. A brief family history is gathered. Subsequently, together with the client, a plan is created to identify an individual’s goals and how they may be skillfully met.
Dr. DeSole‘s style is counseling oriented and interactive. Treatment is tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of the individual. In addition, she makes payment simple. She’s in network with Cigna & Aetna and bills insurance directly. Clients don’t submit superbills — they pay copayments at the time of their visit and cover relevant deductibles.
