I strive to serve people who feel unworthy, hopeless, or stuck. People who want to create positive change and are willing to co-create that by taking it one step at a time. I believe that anyone is capable of creating realistic, healthy goals that will increase their sense of wellbeing in their everyday life.
I am trained in various therapy modalities, which include Somatic Experiencing, TF-CBT, parts work, mindfulness, and others. I am proficient and equipped to treat PTSD. I have experience with and am always honored to work with LGBTQ+ issues. Anxiety and depression stand no chance against my cognitive reframing and mindfulness skills.
We all need a little help along the way. I stand by the belief that wise people seek counsel. Empathy and understanding underpin my therapy style, while encouragement and support lead us to our co-created therapy goals.
