I specialize in helping children age 7+, young adults and adults with anxiety, worry, fears/phobias, impulse control, challenges with attention, social situations, low self-esteem, learning related challenges and executive functioning. I also work hypnotically on topics like sleep, pain management, stress reduction, focus, retention, motivation and confidence. With a strong background in education, I am able to support my clients both academically and therapeutically.
Using hypnosis, I help clients relearn/replace patterns with desired outcomes. Together we can remove roadblocks, resolve unhelpful patterns and feel safe in previously challenging situations. I integrate intuitive guidance, sound healing and Reiki into my work, offering a holistic approach to my clients' physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
I studied Psychology (BA) and Special Education (MA) with a focus on Learning Disabilities. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, an Intuitive and a Reiki Master/Teacher. I am an honors graduate of Hypnosis Motivation Institute in California, the first nationally accredited college and clinic of hypnotherapy in the USA.
