Jung said “We don’t get wounded alone and we don’t heal alone.” Meaning everything that is hurt within a relationship must be healed within one. As a therapist, I believe in deep relational work. I am not about “quick fixes” and believe that the best results, and true healing, come with time and curiosity. I also try my best to honor societal/structural influences on our lives and come from an anti-capitalist, anti-colonialist standpoint in my work.
I work with both adults as well as caretakers of preteens/teens alongside their child. Our work together will be about curiosity and forming ideas and thoughts together. I do not have an interest in telling you how to live your life and am here to be alongside you in the journey of becoming whatever you need, or want, to become.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation and would love to begin the process of getting to know you if you are ready. I am entering analytic training in the fall and looking for candidates who might be interested in an analysis. Reach out for more info.
