My experience extends to all age groups in a variety of settings. These include in-home therapy with children and families, addiction and substance use disorders, assessing and treating adolescents, as well as working with youth interacting with the legal system. I enjoy assisting clients with managing emotions, anxiety, impulsivity, depression, parenting struggles, achieving goals, and moving through a variety of life challenges. I also have a strong interest in specializing in the treatment of children by incorporating Adlerian Play Therapy.
I utilize a strengths-based approach and implement a variety of treatment strategies including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.
I enjoy getting to know a person, and how they experience the world. By supporting each client, we will increase your happiness and overcome struggles. My goal is to work with the client to identify the appropriate treatment to best meet their needs and identify techniques to improve their daily lives.
