Seeking therapy is an act of courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach is drawn from several evidenced-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Body Centered Therapy. I aim for the treatment process to be collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs, building on their strengths, exploring new perspectives, and developing meaningful goals.
Overall, I strive to be my genuine self in the counseling room; I like to be candid with clients and invite them to be their true self as well without fear of judgment. I am equally easy going as well as willing to challenge clients in the process of therapy. I believe therapy is a place to share laughter, tears, joy, trials, and everything in between.
