Clients often come to me for support with relieving symptoms associated with trauma, attachment injuries, interpersonal problems, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and low self-esteem. Life can be messy, hard, and painful. I enjoy helping clients process challenges, as well as build skills for managing life's stressors and developing resilience.
