With 19 years of counseling experience, I’m passionate about helping clients—from school-aged children to adults—gain deeper self-understanding and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD/ASD, and navigating life, school, and career transitions.
Much of my background has been in university counseling, where I supported college students through one of the most pivotal and transformative times in life. I especially enjoy working with young adults, as this season often brings new beginnings, added stressors, and the opportunity to develop lifelong habits and coping skills.
My style is warm, relaxed, interactive, and rooted in empathy. I draw from a holistic perspective and utilize evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to tailor support for each individual. I also have experience working with clients navigating the impacts of dysfunctional family dynamics, including substance use and untreated mental illness.
