I’m passionate about helping clients navigate the emotional weight and uncertainty these experiences can bring. I also support individuals facing depression, infertility, faith transitions, parenting challenges, and the complex emotions surrounding pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum experiences. I provide LGBTQ-affirming care and create space to explore spirituality and identity.
I use a CBT-informed approach and am also trained in Positive Psychology, Somatic Anxiety Therapy, and Brainspotting. By combining both cognitive and somatic techniques, I aim to help regulate the nervous system and support meaningful healing. I love helping individuals recognize their strengths and reconnect with a sense of meaning.
