With years of experience working both inpatient and outpatient at Ohio State's psychiatric hospital, followed by private practice, I help clients understand the roots of these struggles, and build up emotional resilience. My goal is to support people in feeling more confident, grounded, and secure—so they can show up in their lives and relationships with clarity, self-trust, and authenticity.
My therapeutic style is culturally sensitive, empathetic, and dialectical, offering tools for both acceptance and change. I integrate mindfulness, DBT, and person-centered approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I have experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and trauma survivors.
