Life sometimes hands us challenges we were never meant to face alone. If you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, your relationship with food, sadness, harsh self-criticism, or a sense of hopelessness, therapy can offer support, clarity, and a path toward feeling more grounded and connected.
I specialize in working with adults facing trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, substance use concerns, anxiety, poor body image, and low self-esteem. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) but use other evidence-based approaches as needed. I have extensive training in CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, EMDR, IFS, and other trauma-informed modalities.
Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is an important step—and it can be hard to know where to begin. I would be honored to explore whether we might be a good match. To request a consultation or appointment, please reach out by email.
