I use body-based psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and life-coaching. My deliverables could be described as SMALL, MEDIUM, and LARGE. I define SMALL as crisis intervention; we address your immediate concerns. MEDIUM is support and relief. Giving you an outlet for your daily life. And LARGE; those are the deeper issues covered in my book, Emotional Utopia.
