I am honored to work collaboratively with you from a holistic/strengths/relationship based approach. I have a special interest in the parent-child relationship as this can be one of the most challenging relationships, but the most satisfying.
I work with teens, adults, families and couples. I treat clients with a wide range of challenges such as: Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress, Relational issues, Adoption adjustment, Child Protection issues, Blended family/co-parenting issues, Divorce, Parent/Child relational issues, Self-Identity, Life Transitions, Child behavioral issues, School Difficulty, and Stress Management.
I work collaboratively with clients to develop a plan based on the needs/approach that is comfortable for the client. Some of the approaches I use are: Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Strength-based, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples therapy, Co-parenting, Parent Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Intergenerational therapy.
