In our therapeutic partnership, we'll work at your chosen pace to reduce anxiety and depression while addressing trauma and unwanted behaviors. I am trained in clinical supervision for future Licensed Professional Counselors and interns learning to be counselors.

My approach is person-centered, integrating elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Reality Therapy. I also offer specialized treatments including Acudetox, EMDR and Clinical Supervision, trained in positive sexual health and have extensive experience working with clients managing co-occurring conditions.
