Whatever led you to this moment, I am here to support you. I hope to create a space for you to feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore and express yourself. It is my priority to develop an understanding of where you're coming from and where you want to go. You deserve compassion, care, and support. I offer multiculturally inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-focused counseling. My areas of focus also include anxiety, depression, and identity issues, such as mixed-race identity development.
I will work collaboratively with you, because you are the expert of your story. In our sessions, we will explore how your past informs your present experience and introduce tools and ways of thinking to help you move forward on your terms.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring my prior experiences as an artist, filmmaker, and teacher to my work as a counselor.
