About
Welcome. Perhaps you're feeling run-down. Perhaps you're feeling "stuck" or "unsettled" in life. Perhaps your child is struggling at school or at home. If you are here, you've already taken a first step toward self-awareness and growth. Sometimes the stress we feel is manageable, sometimes it feels overwhelming. I believe we are all doing the best we can and we also have the capacity to change. I hope to work with you by building a rapport based on genuineness, humor and empathy. In this process, you may discover meaning and understanding about your own experiences.
I offer a psychodynamic and humanistic approach to healing for children and adults. My speciality includes those who may be dealing with life event changes, particularly women who may be going through postpartum or infertility challenges.
I utilize talk and play therapy and offer mindfulness practice. I incorporate sensorimotor treatment, guided imagery, and insight-oriented therapy.
