My specialization is in mental health and substance abuse/addiction. I work with adolescents and adults. I am a dually Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor and Substance Abuse Professional Qualified (SAP) . I provide therapy with extensive experience working with substance abuse, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety and grief. I am skilled at motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma informed care, and DBT informed.
As a therapist, I enjoy helping people learn about themselves. I work to create a safe environment for my clients. My meeting room is a comfortable space to share your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I offer evening and weekend sessions by appointment.
