If you're stuck in your life, marriage or relationship, or overwhelmed with your teen, I can help. Typical challenges are poor communication, growing distance, infidelity, behavioral issues, pornography, and other addictions. Whether you're anxious and depressed or struggling with ADD, I provide a blend of therapy and coaching, teach "Active Listening" and use hypnotherapy, "tapping" (a form of energy psychology) for anxiety, and EMDR for trauma. My approach is practical & collaborative. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families, separately and together. I provide tools & offer homework for work between sessions.
For 30 years, I've helped thousands of individuals, couples, teens, and families. I help partners move from resentment and disconnection to understanding and trust, even after betrayal or long-standing patterns.
