We are accepting new clients in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and California through telehealth. We work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted often managing a lot on the outside while struggling internally. Many clients experience anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, or difficulty letting go of the past. Our goal is to help you feel more in control, supported, and able to move forward with confidence.
We provide individualized care through psychotherapy and medication management when appropriate. Using CBT, we help you challenge unhelpful thoughts and build practical coping skills. When needed, we prescribe FDA-approved medications to support stability. Our goal is to help you create lasting change and improve your overall well-being.
