Hi, I'm Lea, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting women through the challenges of motherhood, career demands and life's transitions. I specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum women, working mothers and women navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, stress and relationship challenges.
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be isolating, exhausting and overwhelming. Whether you're adjusting to pregnancy, coping with postpartum challenges, balancing work and family responsibilities, or struggling to find time for yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down and develop practical tools.
My approach is warm, collaborative and evidence-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and strengths based interventions to help clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, supported and connected.
