Mother Loss/Motherless Daughters Group April 2025
A unique group aimed to unite and support grieving daughters / womxn who lost their mothers before age 20. Focus will be on the complexities of navigating the world after the loss of a mother. In particular, the group will examine: the unfolding of grief; obstacles to the grieving process; finding one’s identity amidst an early parental loss; impact of loss on present relationships; continuing bonds; coping with loss; mothering without a mother (applies to: existing moms, moms-to-be, and those ambivalent to motherhood); parenting ourselves. Best suited to those whose loss occurred more than 12 months ago.

Postpartum Anxiety & Adjustment Support Group
A virtual space for moms feeling very anxious, preoccupied and unable to relax and "enjoy motherhood" after having a child. Topics commonly looked at include: feeding anxiety (incl. breastfeeding / weaning / pumping frustrations); baby weight or baby sleep and nap tracking anxiety; difficulties trusting other caregivers; excessive SIDS fears; guilt with self-care; marital or couples issues arising post baby; navigating returning to work after becoming a parent; ADHD and mothering. If you are experiencing any of the above - you are NOT alone and it can get better. I am a licensed therapist with extensive maternal mental health training.

Is Motherhood For Me?
Feeling ambivalent about becoming a parent? Unsure whether it is for you? Welcome. This group offers a safe, judgement-free space to process your concerns and curiosities about motherhood. We explore what beliefs you have about motherhood (unconscious, conscious), what losses and gains you feel you'd potentially experience if you were to take the step, and drivers and motivators behind your choice and indecisiveness. This group can be especially helpful for those who feel that "the clock is ticking" and they must make a decision soon -- or those whose partner is certain, but they lack the same certainty.
