I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with children and families. My experience as a School Counselor provides me with a unique insight into the social-emotional support children and their families can benefit from when children are understood, families are supported, and tools are provided for children and their support systems.
I use a blend of therapy techniques, with a primary focus on play therapy, to meet the child and their family where they are. Through play, I am able to communicate with children in a language that is most natural to them. Communication with families is a key component of my work.
