My approach is person-centered and integrative, grounded in evidence-based practices. Therapy is collaborative and rooted in trust and safety. I see you as the expert of your own life. My role is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space, ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns, and share tools that support insight, healing, and values-aligned change.
