Hello! I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that specializes in mental health. As a nurse for 15 years, and now as a Nurse Practitioner, I have always believed that we need to have a healthy balance between our physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual selves. My goal is to help you accomplish this by providing testing, lab work, medication management, and support as it is needed. I work with children to adults who deal with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, addiction, binge-eating disorder, obesity, thyroid dysfunction, and hormone imbalance.
I’m truly passionate about what I do and love to help others reach their full potential with their mental health. It is so rewarding to be a part of the journey that goes in to balancing and maintaining one's health, and I feel so lucky to call this my “job”. I look forward to working with you!
