I’m a certified EMDR therapist, Certified Brainspotting therapist, Registered Play Therapist, credentialed in Sandtray therapy and Safe and Sound Therapy Provider. I also use DBT and other evidence-based approaches to help children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression in a safe, supportive space.
