As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over three years of intensive inpatient experience, I work with adults (18+) navigating challenges related to psychosis, bipolar disorder, depression, personality disorders, and other mental health concerns. I understand that healing looks different for everyone, which is why I take an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences while fostering a space of trust, honesty, and compassion.
I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. I commonly use ACT, CBT, and DBT to support healthier thinking patterns, emotional regulation, and coping skills. Christian principles and spirituality can be integrated upon client request and comfort level.
