Which parent had not felt dishearted when their frustrated and angry child; tantrums or storm out; disconnects emotionally from them when they are the most distressed. The workshop is a brief introduction to the S.O.S Parents Group that will help the participants to understand their child's reactions and connect to your child with a philosophy of discipline that merges unconditional love and firm limits. Emotional Intelligence/ CBT and Wellness for Teens
This 12 week Therapy/ Training Group is for teens.In weekly sessions of one or two hours using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),the teens will eliminate,reduce overwhelming feelings by identifying their beliefs, their self-talk and the emotions they produce, and using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) they will improve self-control and achieve emotional and social growth.

Special Supportive Brief Group Therapy
6 sessions of Supportive Group Therapy with traditional and non-traditional methodologies. Group is limited to 6-8 persons meeting for 90/120 minutes once a week. Members will be introduced to Reiki, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Meditation, and Yoga as part of the workshop/ Therapy. The non-traditional part is not covered by insurance and has a cost of $40 per session. Currently signing for late August and September sessions.
