She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 2012 from Howard University. She previously earned her Master's Degree in 2002 from Georgia State University in Professional Counseling.

Connecting With Confidence is a therapy support group for adults who experience social anxiety and want to feel more at ease in social situations. Through psychoeducation, games, and guided practice, participants will build skills for conversation, reading social cues, and navigating group settings.
