I am passionate about working with youths ages 7 and up, particularly with issues of self-esteem, anxiety,
and depression. Each of these issues require unique attention. Helping young people build the skills to
cope with them early in life can create a blueprint for how to respond to adversity later on.
As someone who has experienced instability in the household growing up, I can relate to the unease and
uncertainty that comes with a split household, moving frequently, and having to make new friends all the
time. I want to help inspire hope similar to what I was able to find in my life.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
