Hello! As a master’s graduate from Boston University School of Medicine, with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine, I am passionate about the connection between our bodies and our minds and how to incorporate mindfulness into our daily lives. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and should be treated as equal! In the therapeutic space, my goal is to empower clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and the unique need of obstacles that may arise in different stages of life.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining various modalities like CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I use empathy and evidence- based practices to meet each client's unique needs. My work is centered around supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and family issues.
Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to empower individuals and families to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and lead fulfilling and healthy lives. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to each individual I work with while supporting them on their journey towards mental wellness and personal growth.
