I provide a personalized approach to therapy, rooted in current research in order to offer the most advanced and effective treatments for your unique concerns. The therapeutic relationship should be a collaboration, and as such, your treatment plan is tailored to meet your needs with particular attention to culture and trauma history. My primary specialty is trauma recovery for both children and adults. Additionally, I provide Walk and Talk Therapy and Coaching, Bereavement, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (specialized CBT training in anxiety, depression, insomnia, and chronic pain).
Some common issues addressed include PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, chronic pain, sleep disorders, past abuse, traumatic grief, adoption adjustment, religious trauma, caregiver stress, ADHD, OCD, autism, burnout, sport and academic performance.
