I focus on providing a safe space for clients to explore and understand their experiences to guide toward our natural voice: intuition. My hope is to support clients in re-establishing and/or developing trust with themselves. I practice through a multiculturally competent, trauma-informed lens while listening to and learning from my clients. We all can grow through open conversation and open-mindedness. Some areas I have experience in include trauma/trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, anxiety/mood disorders, and substance use.
I integrate holistic and clinical interventions from CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic Experiencing. Healing is individualized; not all skills fit our incredibly unique humanity, so you set the pace and we will work together to learn more about who you are to find what works.
