Groups
Managing Depression
10 week-long virtual group. You can expect to learn: what depression is and why some people have this condition; components of depression in general and your personal depression cycle specifically; how boundaries, communication, and stress impact depression; how thoughts, perceptions, and beliefs impact depression; the importance of balance and self-care; healthy coping skills; as well as how to continue using what you have learned after the group concludes. This is also an opportunity to connect with others who are dealing with depression, who will understand what you are experiencing, and who understand the challenges associated with getting better.
