Hi, I'm Laya. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving. We will trek through your highs and lows and we’ll laugh along the way to help you dig deep and discover how to tap into the wellspring of healing resources you have within yourself. My clients will tell you that I am practical, grounded and a good listener.

As someone who enjoys the roles of mother, wife, daughter, sibling, and friend I am all too familiar with the very real challenge of balancing the demands of motherhood, relationships and self-care. I believe deeply that everyone innately has the key to their own happiness and together we will work to find wholeness and healing.
